Classics llustrated Checklist
This is a listing of all the Jule Verne titles that were published as part of the Classics Illustrated  comics series.
Most of the titles were in the series long enough to have more than one cover design, and where possible, I have shown each cover design, and indicated which issues had which design.
It is important to note that once a title was part of the Classics Illustrated series that the individual issues were reprinted from time to time so that the complete series would be available as the series expanded. Most editions of the Classics comics had a page that listed all the titles available to date, so individual issues could be ordered
Because there are many editions of each title, if you wish to collect every issue, it is important to be able to identify each edition, and there are 2 ways to do this.
First, and sometimes easiest, is by looking for the "Highest re-order number (HRN)" on the included "order page" in each issue. When a title was first added to the Classics Illustrated series, the "HRN" listed would be that of the comic that was just added to the series. SO the first edition of Michael Strogoff which is number 28 in the series, would have itself listed on the order page as the last issue that you could order, and thus the  HRN is 28. A later edition of Michael Strogoff for example would have an HRN of 155 or 167.
The second method would be to check for a printing date in the fine print on the bottom of page 3, which would list a month and date of printing.
Both these indicators are listed in the table below.
In addition to the US editions of Classics Illustrated, there are other language or national editions (Spanish, Canadian, etc.) , and where I have examples, I have shown them.

I also have an example of original art, from 20,000 Leagues.
