Manuscrits nantais
In 1981, the municipality of Nantes bought a "trunk" of manuscripts from the Verne family for an estimated 6 million francs. In an attempt to strengthen their copyright on the material, the Ville de Nantes published these manuscripts in 1991 in 3 volumes. Only 30 copies of this work were published.
Much of the material had never been published before. The contents was uneditted and not 100% accurate because of the haste in which the volumes were published.
All volumes use simple typesetting and there are no illustrations, and no introduction, and no commentary.
NOTE: Three items have corrections
two with corrections( etabli ) by Christian Robin:
La Conspiration des poudres (Tome 2) & Un Pretre en 1835 (Tome 3)
and one item has corrections (etabli) by Christian Robin and Jacques Davy:
L'Oncle Robinson (Tome 3)
The sole image in the 3 volumes, is the identical background on the covers. The image used on the covers, is from the manuscript for San Carlos (Tome 3, page 1557).

In my set, the number (19) is pierced on the end paper of volume 1, while it is pierced on the title page of Volumes 2 and 3.
